The final matches of the year proceed to be exciting. Gage's record earned him a bye in the first round. His first match was against a tough opponent from New Prague, MN.

It has been some time since I have posted. I have been meaning to write a few beer reviews and post some more about the diet, but haven't had the time between projects.

This guy has been around for three years and has only been topped by the beer guy who simply heads to the bottom of the aisles and belts out "BEER!"

Today starts a new bold and aggressive experiment. For a month am going to try to give up meat, dairy and highly processed foods.
